The room was spotless, comfortable and well maintained, making our stay very enjoyable. The entire staff were fantastic : the housekeeper, as well as the lady and gentleman at reception, were all incredibly kind, friendly, welcoming and always accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Overall, the motel offers excellent value for money, with great service, a comfortable room and genuinely lovely people. We would happily stay again !

If you’re looking for accommodation in Hervey Bay I highly recommend the Hervey Bay Motel 518 Esplanade Lee and John are both lovely and very friendly and helpful Rooms are very CLEAN with all the necessary facilities and very very fairly priced Joy and David Mansfield

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location is very convenient. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service — the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and nothing was too much trouble. They went out of their way to make the stay easy and enjoyable. Great value for money and I would happily stay here again. Lee and John really know how to run a motel.
